This year, since taking part in the work in 2012, xxx has won many honors such as the outstanding team leader of the State Grid Corporation, the "13th" Top Ten Outstanding Youth "nomination award of Shandong Electric Power Company," the pacesetter for women's achievements "and the" May 1 Labor Medal "of Rizhao City. This year, she has won the May 1 Labor Medal of Shandong Province. She frankly said that she feels more responsible.
Careful everywhere, the test results from no deviation
In 2012, xxx came to the electrical test class. As the only graduate student in the class, she knew all the electrical test procedures by heart and practiced the test operation repeatedly. With her diligent and practical working attitude, she rapidly grew into a technical backbone within half a year and was rated as an advanced individual by Rizhao Power Supply Company for three consecutive years.
In 2016, xxx began to serve as the monitor of the electrical test class. During the day, she took the lead in going to the site to do the test, and worked overtime at night to sort out the test report. With the working attitude of "always dedicated, everywhere serious, everything rigorous" and the test concept of "keeping improving", she led the test team to successively complete a number of tasks such as the 220 kV equipment area renovation test of 220 kV Juzhou Station, the handover test of the newly-built 110 kV Xiangdian substation, and an equipment acceptance test of 220 kV Chaohe Station, the test results have never been deviated.
XXX both women's patience and meticulous, but also men's physical endurance. What impressed xxx was that in 2017, xx Power Supply Company had heavy tasks for spring and autumn inspections. xxx led the team to carry out the concept of "being able to fight hard battles, being good at fighting hard battles, and being able to survive at critical moments. There is a lot of work and a small number of personnel. In many cases, team members have no weekly rest or lunch break. On average, each person rotates for more than ten hours a day. The work is really tiring, but the results have given everyone great comfort, because the work is excellent and the equipment has achieved zero failure year after year.
