The total weight of the equipment is about 6900 tons, and the vertical loading capacity is as high as 10800 tons, surpassing the current domestic 4000 tons and foreign 6000 tons of similar experimental equipment, and can achieve six degrees of freedom loading, which is the only one in the world at present.

If a single structure bears 10,000 tons of components, what are the defects if 4000 tons of equipment is used for stress testing?
"If the actual component bears a force of 10000 tons, its cross-sectional size is 1 square meter. When there is only a test equipment with a loading capacity of 4000 tons, the test model for the experiment can only achieve 0.4 square meters." Xxx said that there are differences between the test model and the actual components, and the test results can only reflect the performance of 0.4 square meters of components.
The civil engineering community is aware of examples of errors in a developed country with a small size backstepping test. Its damping technology and damping level are very high. Since there is no large vibration isolation support test equipment, only small-size vibration isolation support test can be carried out first, and then the test results can be pushed back to large size. In 2018, it was accidentally discovered that this calculation method was wrong, which brought great impact to the civil engineering industry in the country at that time.
"If the large-size vibration isolation support test (or the original size test), there will be no such problem." xxx said.
